Well hopefully this is the first of many posts helping budding developers, newbies and the curious on their road to upgrading and or redeveloping homes across London.
We're forever told in our papers that landlords are evil, greedy and do not want to help or make homes better. Or that people neglect their homes and make a profit here there and everywhere.
It's true I have seen on my many viewings of homes that people through no fault of their own, no funding or just do not know how to modernise and or put some love back into properties. All the while renting them and making themselves huge amounts of cash.
Some real gems, with lots of potential are left to in such bad condition there's no other option but to tear it down and start again.
Hopefully, with your help, we can educate and share our experiences and in turn return these properties into something special and current.
